Hi All,

Please follow the below instructions to avoid traffic on Route 59

FROM INTERSTATE 87 SOUTH

Take Exit 14 to SPRING VALLEY (ROUTE 59 WEST).Make a right at the light. Pass 1(one) light then next light make left. (FORMAN DRIVE)

Next light make a right (PASCACK ROAD)

Next light make a left (PIPE TOWN HILL ROAD)

Next light make a left (SOUTH CENTRAL AVE)

Pass 2 (TWO) lights and at the 3rd light make a right get on to KENNEDY DRIVE,

and go straight to .25 miles then turn left in to KENNEDY MALL.

FROM INTERSTATE 87 NORTH

Take Exit 14 to SPRING VALLEY (ROUTE 59 WEST)

Pass 1 light (pass route 59 and go straight (FORMAN DRIVE).

Next light make a right (PASCACK ROAD).

Next light make a left (PIPE TOWN HILL ROAD)

Next light make a left (SOUTH CENTRAL AVE)

Pass 2(TWO) lights and at the 3rd light make a right get on to KENNEDY DRIVE

and go straight to .25 miles then turn left in to KENNEDY MALL.

GARDEN STATE PKWY NORTH

From NEW JERSEY take exit 171 to (GLEN ROAD)

Make a left at the light.

Next light make a right (CHESTINUT RIDGE ROAD)

Pass 9 (Nine) lights,

And at the 10th light) make a left (OLD NYACK TPKE/C V S PLAZZA).

Next light make a right to get (KENNEDY DRIVE), and go straight to .25 miles then turn left in to KENNEDY MALL.

From Interstate 87 South:
Take Exit 14 to Spring Valley (Route 59 West). Make a right at the light. Pass 7 lights, and at the 8th light make a left into Kennedy drive. Then, turn right into Kennedy Mall.
From Interstate 87 North:
Take Exit 14 to Spring Valley (Route 59 West). Make a right at the light. Pass 5 lights and on the sixth light, make a left into Kennedy drive. Then, turn right into Kennedy Mall.
From Manhattan:
Take FDR Drive or West Side Highway North to George Washington Bridge (upper level). From George Washington Bridge, take first exit to Palisades Parkway North. Take Exit 9W to I 87 North. From I 87 North, take Exit 14 to Spring Valley (Route 59 West). Make a right at the light. Pass 5 lights and on sixth light make a left into Kennedy Drive. Then, turn right into Kennedy Mall.
From the Bronx/Yonkers:
Take I 87 North to Tappan Zee Bridge. Then, take exit 14 to Spring Valley (Route 59 West). Make a right at the light. Pass 5 lights and on the sixth light, make a left into Kennedy Drive. Then, turn right into Kennedy Mall.
From Brooklyn/Queens:
From Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, get on to Grand Central Parkway to Triborough Bridge. Then, go into I 87 North and take Exit 7S to I 95 South. Go across George Washington Bridge (upper level), then take first exit to Palisades Parkway North. On Palisades Parkway, take exit 9W to I 87 North. On I 87 North, take exit 14 to Spring Valley (Route 59 West). Make a right at the light. Pass 5 lights, and on the sixth light, make a left into Kennedy drive. Then, turn right into Kennedy Mall.
From Staten Island:
Go across Gothells Bridge to New Jersey Turnpike North. Stay on local lane. Just before George Washington Bridge, take exit for Palisades Parkway. At the first light make a left and pass four lights. Then, stay to right to get on Palisades Parkway. Go about 18 miles on Parkway and take exit 9 West to I 87 North. From I 87 North take exit 14 to Spring Valley. Make a right at the light. Pass 5 lights, and on the sixth light, make a left into Kennedy drive. Then, turn right into Kennedy Mall.
From Connecticut:
Take 95 South or Merit parkway South to 287 West. Then, go across Tappan Zee Bridge and take exit 14 to Spring Valley (Route 59 West). Make a right at the light. Pass 5 lights and on the sixth light, make a left into Kennedy Drive, Then, turn right into Kennedy mall.
From New Jersey:
Take Garden State Parkway North and go to the end of it. As it ends, stay to your right and take I 87 South (New York City). Then, take exit 14 to Spring Valley (Route 59 West). Make a right at the light. Pass 7 lights and on the 8th light, make a left into Kennedy Drive, Then, turn right into Kennedy mall.
